Get ready for a unique night of camping, community, and fun - just one hour north of Melbourne. Whether you're a seasoned road-tripper or new to rooftop camping, this event is your chance to connect with like-minded adventurers, enjoy a night camping on a scenic private property, and raise funds for the Children's Cancer Foundation - hosted by ROOZE & Strath Creek Station with thanks to our friends at Darche, Bushbuck, Dometic, Front Runner & Yakima.

What

A social night camping on a 5-star property, meeting like-minded adventurers. We're striving to build a RTT community through a series of these events (to be held each season), while raising money for the Children's Cancer Foundation.

Who

RTT owners who'd like to help build a community around what we love doing - for all drivers, this property is 2WD accessible. Note, this isn't a bush-doof, party or rave. The property is dog-friendly but strict on picking up after your mate.

How

Purchase tickets ($30 per adult - $15 per child) - additional raffle tickets $10 each (rego form below)
BYO food, drinks, water (wood available for purchase on property)
Arrive anytime on the Saturday afternoon/evening from 12pm. (vehicles with rego plates matching ticket orders only)

Each adult event ticket receives 1x raffle ticket. The first 20 vehicles to sign-up will also receive a Yakima SkyHook (carabiner).

Additional raffle tickets can be purchased for $10 each at the event (or prior). Tickets will be drawn at random with each winner able to select the prize they'd prefer. Winners need to be present at 7pm on the Saturday night. Prizes will be limited to one per person. You'll receive your tickets at the event & submit your entry stub into the draw box.

Please note ROOZE & suppliers do not generate any revenue from event ticket sales or raffle ticket sales - all proceeds will be donated to Children's Cancer Foundation. Strath Creek Station have kindly discounted their standard property fees to help us raise as much money as possible for the Foundation.

I understand that: on the property grey water is to be collected to preserve the waterways & resident Platypus population; fire restrictions are to be observed & fire pits to be fully extinguished; only ticket holders are to enter the property; we're going to have a fun but peaceful night; portaloos provided but no showers; BYO everything including drinking water; I'll leave no trace (rubbish to go home with you, glass recycling available onsite).

By purchasing a ticket & participating in the Rooftop Rendezvous, I acknowledge & agree that ROOZE, its owners, employees & affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage or theft of personal property that may occur before, during or after the event.

I understand that participants assume full responsibility for their own safety, including the setup & use of their rooftop tents & camping equipment. By attending, you agree to release ROOZE from any claims, liabilities or expenses arising from participation in this event.
